Heartland Regional Food Business Center
The UNL Tribal Extension Office is collaborating with the Heartland Regional Food Business Center on the Turtle Island Trade Coalition program through empowering Indigenous food producers to have the ability to market and sell products online through Nebraska Market Maker. The Heartland Regional Food Business Center also partners with the coalition on hosting marketing workshops for Indigenous producers.

The UNL Tribal Extension Office is collaborating with the Nebraska Indian Community College in providing a physical space where Indigenous students can access computers and resources while enrolled in the UNL Applied Science Online Degree Program. The Nebraska Indian Community College also partners with the UNL Tribal Extension Office by hosting the Umonhon Nation Hydroponics Initiative at their campus and supplying extension personel to help manage the program.

The partnership with In His Spirit, Inc. is a collaboration that focuses on tribal engagement trainings, Indigenous food events, and grant writing. This partnership brings together two Indigenous organizations that provide cultural expertise and resources to Indigenous communities throughout Nebraska.

Southeast Community College also partners with the coalition on providing Indigenous high schoolers with the opportunity to take college courses through the Hoop of Learning Program.
