2022 Spring, Summer, and Fall Events

The UNL Tribal Extension office hosted Spring and Summer Indigenous Food Wellness Circle events at the Douglas/Sarpy County Extension office in Omaha, Nebraska. We invited Indigenous elders from Omaha to attend these events to learn more about Indigenous food sovereignty, Indigenous plants, and Indigenous dishes. The elders also shared their knowledge about their traditional plants and dishes.
